False Advertising

On Tuesday 21st November 2023 I received an email to say that they were having a Black Friday special and if you buy 3 products you get 3 products free. I placed my order and received the items yesterday. I discovered that 1 item was missing so I called them. I spoke to Kayla and she said lots of customers had this problem and there was a technical glitch & the product is out of stock. They didn’t even send me an email to say I would only receive 5 items and not the 6 that I was expecting. She sent me a voucher with a 20% discount that can be app**** only to products that are at Normal Selling Price which is unacceptable. I have sent them WhatsApp messages and the only thing they can say is read the T’s & C’s. I even told them to send me alternatives products but they refuse to. Terrible customer service
