**** SALE ADVERTISING & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

MAC advertised a sale on their online products, 40% of sale for Goodbyes (to be specific). I have been trying to buy some products for days now, but the discounted prices are not being effected at checkout. I engaged several guys from their team, to sort this out so that we can buy, but nothing! Why advertise "Sale" when there's actually no sale? Your customer care is very poor. I have been a loyal customer for years, but you have just lost one now!
