Exchange

<p>I was matched with the wrong colour for my foundation and only realised after I opened and used the product. I emailed to ask if an exchange is possible, they got back to me very quickly apologising and saying that I am welcome to go and exchange the item. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think the service is great as in South Africa it isn't common that a company will let you exchange a product after opening it.
