Don't ever trust a MAC artist's colour advice! No ownership from MAC if they get it wrong!

I purchased MAC foundation after going to a store consultant to get the correct colour. She tested a colour on my forehead, and after I told her that isn't the shade I usually get, she told me no I'm definitely that colour. I took a photo of the colour code and after pay day purchased it from Superbalist since MAC online did not have a payment option that suited my card type. When it arrived and I could use it in proper lighting on my entire face, it turned out way too red. Now neither MAC nor Superbalist will assist at all to exchange it. So I wasted my money and worse is that I waited to get a makeup artist's advice before buying to prevent exactly this from happening.

Well I won't buy from either companies ever again! MAC you've lost another loyal customer of 15 years! Correcting one foundation does not compare to the many other products I've purchased or would've purchased in future.

Terrible customer service and total lack of ownership to your staff's mistakes.

Who supplies Superbalist of their MAC Cosmetics if you won't assist on products sold by them??
