Do not order online

Absolutely disgusting customer service from MAC. I ordered products online in May and did not receive my order confirmation. I contacted MAC 2 days later via the online chat and the agent advised that my payment reflects however there is a problem with the system and my order is not reflecting. I was told to follow up after the full 3 day period has lapsed. It is now over a week and I have not been able to chat to anyone via the live whatsapp chat or via a telephone call because their lines are so busy. I also sent an email but still no response. The service is disgusting.
