Dissapointed and dissatisfied!

I recently ordered from Mac during an online sale. They delivered the incorrect shade of the liquid lipstick that i ordered and to add to my dissapointment they failed to deliver one of my free gifts. I offered to take it into a store to change but they wouldn't allow, they also could not courier the correct shade to me. MAC im really dissatisfied and disappointed at the inconvenience you put your customers through. Im certainly changing my brand And will never participate in your unreliable online sale.
