DISGUSTING service from a “REPUTABLE” brand!

I placed an order for an item from the 2018 holiday collection, was sent the wrong order entirely. The collection of this incorrect package was promised and never took place. On top of that, I still have not received my original order. It has been roughly six weeks since this order was placed. On top of this, I have sent multiple emails to the company and have not received a response. I called the customer care line and was told that me receiving my product would be subject to whether or not it is still in stock, despite having ordered it many many weeks ago. I am disgusted with this service, especially since Mac is considered a very reputable company. I will definitely not be making use of their online service again.
