DISGUESTED WITH PATHETIC SERVICE AT MAC COSMETICS STORE AT THE GLEN

good day. on the 3rd of January 2019 I went to the Mac cosmetic store in the Glen. the consultant did not greet me and did not help. She did not even approach me. I went to her greeted and asked her for the foundation that I use. She got it for me. I told her I want to use my Edgards card and points she told me her system freezes so she cant do it. She just swipes my card and when I asked her what about the points which can be used to make the product cheaper. She said she already swiped the full amount if I want I can go to the mall of the south to exchange the same product to use my points. I told her that the mall of the south wont take the same product back and let me buy the same thing again just to use my points. I told her that I want her to return the product and she must reverse the amount she swiped for. she told me wait for her manager who will be back in 10 minutes. manager walks in did not greet or smile just like the consultant and both looked miserable. consultant spoke softly to the manager then suddenly manager said she is deducting the points and the product will be cheaper. she did and still no friendliness just attitude. when I was done I just took my foundation and left.

WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THEM. its a store that should have friendly consultants helping you. this matter should be taken to the complaints department
