Disappointing Service from Call Centre

Dear Mac, I absolutely LOVE your products. Time and time again I have received EXCELLENT service from your stores and was expecting the same level of service from your customer service centre after an online purchase. Definitely regret buying online. After I indicated that I’d like to return the product as I ordered the wrong color and expressed the need for the item to be collected, multiple emails and calls to your customer service center, no one seemed interested enough in my order to respond. I’ve had to hassle between the Courier Company (Dawn Wing) and yourselves to get this item collected. Incorrect tracking number given time and time again. Obviously you won’t be repaying me for the airtime I’ve spent so I’ll just console myself with the knowledge that I will NEVER AGAIN purchase online!!!!!!!!
