Disappointed!!!

Unacceptable behaviour from Sameera in pavilion MAC store, I purshased a eye brows styler only user it once and it broke, I called a consultant 2 weeks ago to exchange in gateway. She advised it won't be a problem without my receipt but my bank statement as proof. I went into pavilion today trying to exchange it but the arrogance and unprofessionalism from sameera leaves me no option but not to ever shop at MAC ever again.. I'm a regular customer time for change!
