Disappointed client

I'm a pensioner went into Edgar store in Alberton was attended to by a black female at the mac counter. I'm am using Estee lauder foundation for years my daughter encouraged to change to mac. When the lady app**** the makeup it matched me. I purchased the makeup on my edgars card. I live in Durban and dud not use makeup until now because I needed to finish my Estee lauder makeup first.. I app**** mac makeup the shade given to me in NC 42 I'm light skinned and dies nit match the attendant gave me wrong color makeup. I tried it 3 times but us too dark for me so she gave me wrong color. I spent over r2000 rands and am very disappointed. Please can someone call ut has to be changed I can return makeup ut can used as samples in store . My number ***
