Customer Service issues

ON Saturday, 27/06/2015 I popped in for what I thought would be a quick visit to Mac @ Pavilion. I knew exactly what I wanted as I have been using Mac for the past 5 years, loyally. There were about 4 consultants present, 1 at the cashier and only 1 consultant attending to the needs of the many, many customers. I waited about 45 minutes just to tell the consultant what I wanted, I got handed my powder with no eye contact or greeting, then proceeded to stand in the check out line for a further 15 mintues. I was with my kids, who I had to leave at the Clarins counter as they were getting frustrated waiting in the Mac area. The store is clearly not staffed accordingly, especially on month end weekends. It's enough to make one want to change their choice of products as this is not the first time I have been on the waiting end, and I know exactly what I want. If i was \browsing"I wouldnt mind waiting"
