I received my online order yesterday and was unhappy as my Prep and Prime box was opened and appeared to have lost some product. I whatsapped them yesterday and whomever rep**** was not interested and did not reply to my query. I messaged them this morning and had an agent named Mara who helped me. I write this because I didn't get to thank her as the case was closed Such a professional person who assisted and also offered a refund. Mara not only did you listen bit you also offered a solution.
