Client relations at Mac Cosmetics Woodlands 14 Feb2021

My friend who had very much excitement wanted to spoil herself by buying mac foundation.

On her arrival to the store with direct intent on the exact product, she requested assitance from the floor consultant on which she realised that this consultant had no product knowledge. She asked very politely if someone else could assist her and with this she shared her experience with the product and wanted to have a bit more info regarding this product. The consultants response was very rude and disrespectful as she told her that she is wasting her time and that she is doing her a favour by assisting her....the store had no other customers. My friend felt that as a paying customer that customer service was non-existant and feels very upset by the way she was treated.

Due to this, The should most defenitely be more training on product knowledge is needed and that customer service should be a main focus.
