Brush losing Brussels

I have emailed mac 2 weeks ago about a brush I bout that is loosing all of its Brussels. I know brushes lose some of its Brussels but mine is losing a lot. I am still a student and I am saving money to buy brushes from mac. This is my third brush and I have spend a lot of money buying this brush and soon I will no longer be able to use it. The way I am feeling now I will not buy any more of their products.
