BLACK FRIDAY DEAL CON - BEWARE

Bought some makeup on black friday with the deal being a free full sized lipstick after spending R 650.00, well order arrived and NO LIPSTICK. Whatsapped and called customer service only to be told " oh well sorry the stock is finished so no lipstick for you" SORRY THAT IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. My invoice clearly shows a lipstick on there so if you had no stock you shouldnt have made false promises, otherwise send me another lipstick even if its not the one on promo. CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE JUST COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS. PATHETIC SERVICE WOW WHAT A CON OF A BLACK FRIDAY DEAL - BEWARE
