Beware ordering on website.

Had a terrible online experience. Would rate zero star if I could. Purchased a substantial amount of product on their website and was directed to their pay portal where I completed the transaction. A few days later I noticed no correspondence from Mac so I contacted them where they told me the order and payment had not linked. I asked them to just link it and continue the order, I even supp**** proof of payments and screenshots of the order. They told me all they could do is offer me a refund which could take up to 10days 😡😡😡 I expressed how unsatisfied I was with this option and asked if they would refund me including interest accrued, got no answer. Even more frustrating was that now some of the products I ordered have sold out and no longer available! No effort to retain loyal customer, no effort to escalate and resolve, no effort to offer compensation or alternative solution, no effort to supply a customer help line to address this. SHOCKING SERVICE! On top of this the person helping continued in a completely ****, condescending and disconnected manner to tell me to have a “great day ahead” once they told me there’s nothing they can do! Utterly infuriating 😡😡😡😡😡 beware!
