Beware of Mac's online products and in-store purchases

Be very careful when purchasing their products online and in store. I ordered a setting spray online and it arrived with the spray cap not working. I then contacted them and they took a month to refund me. I then went to their store at Mall of Africa and requested a waterproof eye liner and they gave me this thing that just smudges within minutes after application. I am so disappointed with this brand, I am beyond consolable at this point and want nothing to do with them in future. I am switching brands. Now I have to drive all the way back to Mall of Africa to take these things back. What a waste of time.
