BAD SERVICE AND STINKING ATTITUDE FROM MAC COSMETICS!!!!!!!

POOR SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MAC COSMETICS ON BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND

On Friday(23 November 2018) after work hours my Wife bought a Mac foundation at the store with its original price and the next morning I decided to buy her the SAME Foundation again online since the prices were lower than the one she bought in store, we then immediately went to the store in Mall of Africa with her to return the expensive product in store which NEVER EVER opened/used before but only to be accused by the security guard and the other female who works at the same store of having used the product and decided to return it the next day, the other employee at the store told us they cant give us a refund if the manager is not around so have to come back during the week(Monday), when we left the store after agreeing to come back on Monday the ladies were busy making rude remarks which made my wife to feel very much disappointed and uncomfortable.

The service and attitudes of MAC Cosmetics and its staff is very UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
