Bad Service and compleatly ignored

I went to visit the brand new Mac store which is located opposite Cardies in east gate on the 09th December as my sister wanted to purchase a goodie bag for me for my Christmas gift. We walked into the shop and a highlighting powder on display caught my attention then a lady by the name of Lungiswa Myemane came to me and asked what am I looking for. My sister and I explained that we were very interested to see how the highlighter would look on my face and if she could assist by showing me how to apply it. I told Lungiswa I did not want a whole trial as I just wanted a sneak peek to see and I would purchase if happy. Lungiswa then asked us the following THREE TIMES " Are you sure you are going to purchase the highlighter if I apply it on you?" we then agreed and told her THREE TIMES that we want to see if the highlighter would suit me and if it did we would defiantly purchase. Lungiswa then told me to sit on a chair as she was coming back. I was left sitting there or 15 minutes when I looked for her, Lungiswa was already assisting other people and left me waiting for her. I then wanted to speak to the supervisor Kele and she said very abruptly "I'm sorry I have an appointment and I cannot talk to you". I felt like a nothing in the shop and I felt as if my money was no good. I would not recommend this new Mac Store to anyone as these ladies only assist women who looks all dolled up!! Who knew that by me walking into the MAC store, prepared to purchase make up I would be treated with no respect and my money with no value. Kele and Lungiswa will definatly bring the name of MAC cosmetics down to the ground!!!!
