Bad service

<p>I went to buy my Mac foundation last week Wednesday at Edgars Fourways mall at the Mac counter, the lady who assisted me gave me the wrong colour, a very dark colour & because its my first time buying the foundation when I got home I open the pack & throw away the pack/box..</p> <p>As I app**** the foundation the morning I thought it looked darker but ignored it until the following day my collegues empasised the darkeness of the foundation. I come back from my work trip on Sunday & went back to the store yesterday I told them my issue & they also sow that the foundation is dark but they refuse to exchange it because Ive lost the box.</p> <p>If they are serious about their customers they would atleast taken it and use it as a tester but then again maybe its because Im not white thats why they dont care to assist me. I am sitting with a full foundation that I cant even use. </p>
