Bad customer service

<p>This is in response to a bad experience I had at mac in canal walk on Sunday 4 September. I went in returning my lip liner as it was not the correct colour I wanted and it was a gift from my sister. The girl who assisted me was very abrupt and moody. When advising her I would like a refund she persisted that I take another colour but the colour I wanted was not in stock and I had told her I would rather wait until it is in stock before purchasing again. She got really irritated and went on to tell her colleague 'oh, another return' with lots of attitude and also adding 'I have cramps'. This was not the first time I had encounter this girl and everytime she had a stinking attitude, you having 'cramps' or having a ****ty day does not excuse you from giving your customers who pay good money attitude. I would advise people interested in buying mac products to not go to the one in canal walk as the customer service is pathetic. </p>
