Bad Attitude, No Stock, No Service!!!

Good day. I went in to Riverside Mall, M.A.C in Truworths, with a list of items i've been wanting to get, once i got there all of the Makeup Artists/ Sales Consultants were too busy chatting to their friends than to assist me, once I eventually got their attention, i was notified that some of the specific products that i require is not available from M.A.C (i gave them the product code and description from the M.A.C website) once i've shown them it on the website they just said i cannot get it in Nelspruit and they cannot order it for me? without trying to assist me with a similar or alternative option i was given the cold shoulder? i've spoken to many other USE-TO-BE-M.A.C Supporters who also complained about the unwillingness and disrespect from this specific store. I believe that this is unacceptable and needs to be fixed and addressed immediately.
