Bad Attitude from Store Manager

I went to the Mac store in rosebank and did not realize that my Mac Pro card had expired. When I asked the store manager for assistance to make payment and get a temporary card she was terribly rude, was technologically illiterate about the procedure and had no interest to assist me whatsoever. I then had to to leave and do the procedure the very next day and drive back to rosebank which I could have done in the store on my tablet the very first time round. . Totally inconvenienced me for no reason whatsoever. Its appalling to see such bad management in a store where all the rest of the staff are so helpfull.
