awaiting my refund

on the 24/11/2017 during the black Friday sale i placed an order on the website for R450, the money was debited from my account but the order was not raised on their system. i called the customer care line, i was advised that i should send an email detailing what transpired, which i did and i was informed that the refund will be done within 10 working days.

today is the 10th day and i don't have a refund, furthermore when i call customer care i get an automated response stating that their working hours are 8 to 5 , Monday to Friday, hahaha today is Friday.

i honestly don't have the energy or time to be calling you for my refund, can you process my refund ASAP or i will take it further.
