Arrogant beauty consultants

I went through to the Mac counter to buy a liquid liner and was helped by a consultant who was very unapproachable. I continued to test liners and realized that the consultant was really not interested in discovering my needs as to what type liquid liner I needed. I then decided to tell her that I am looking for something specific.She then went ahead and told me in a way that was so arrogant \well then you will have to tell me what you want so I can help you\"My jaw dropped as that should have been her first approach. I would like to highlight the arrogance and don't care attitude that the consultants at the Mac counter display is disgusting. If they don't feel like helping you they just ignore you.The service at the Mac counter overall as I shop there often is absolutely appalling no one truly knows what is customer service.I actually SM disgusted that stores like Edgar's tolerate such appalling staff. I would like to complain to Mac directly as the customer is the one that determins the companies success and no matter how big you are in cosmetics train your staff properly."
