Appalling customer care

Absolutely appauling service. after numerous emails and a review STILL no response from any one of them.

As a result I will never ever recommend MAC cosmetics to anyone ever again or purchase from them ever again.

their customer service is the worst I have ever experience. You have lost an over 10 years loyal customer.
