ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service

I have attempted to return a product bought online for the past week! No reply to numerous emails, NO reply to 2 voice messages!!! While the instore assistants are lovely they are unable to help refund anything bought Online. I feel like I have been ****** and am now being Deliberately IGNORED! Totally disgusted at the lack of responsibility and ethics from such an internationally renowned company! WILL NEVER purchase from MAC again and plan on letting Social Media Users now exactly what they are in for!
