Your claims will never get paid

I have logged a windscreen claim for insurance excess that I paid 2 months ago. It's been more than 2 months now and my claim for R1000 has not been paid. When you call they keep transferring you until you run out of airtime. I spoke to Innocent Mabale he claimed that he has escalated the matter and will give me a call the following day and he never did. I'm going to report this matter to the Ombudsman
