Would you recommend M-Sure Financial Services?

No, I would not recommend M-Sure based on my experience.

The issue is not that I expected M-Sure to cover something that was excluded. We had already established and agreed that the particular item was not covered.

The problem is that M-Sure repeatedly responded to that already-settled point instead of addressing the actual query I raised. Their responses continued to focus on not overturning the original decision, when that was no longer the issue I was asking them to address.

My experience left me feeling that my concern was not actively listened to or properly understood. A complaint-resolution process should involve understanding the specific concern being raised and responding directly to it, rather than repeatedly referring the customer back to a previous decision that does not answer the new query.

That is ultimately why I would not recommend M-Sure at this stage.
