WORST SERVICE EVER

This is the worst service I have ever received, on Monday 8/01/2024 just after 08:00 I called the company to cancel the policy and I was told it takes 48 hours to receive a confirmation letter/sms. Today before 08:30 I made a follow up on the letter and none of the employees (Nancy and Zelda) never took my request serious. To make matters worse i did explain I am calling with limited airtime and even after my call got cut, no one bothered to return my call let alone sending me the cancellation letter.

M-sure is the WORST company and its employees KNOW NOTHING about customer service.
