Worst Service Ever!!!

Worst service ever!! being with M-sure for 2years with a warranty cover, never claimed, and I just renewed my policy for another 2years which I now regret doing, the first time you submit a claim and receive such pathetic service, you can never get through their call center lines, No one provides you with feedback, their staff and managers ignore your emails, what exactly are we paying for every month?? I will start publishing this pathetic service and maybe then we can get some feedback
