Worst service ever!
Worst service ever. Been almost a month and my query has not been resolved.I cancelled my policy due to inconviniency. Everytime I email them, same story, it has been escalated and no one keeps updating of progress. Will never recommend this product to anyone. Waste of time and money. I am not if they understand “communication” with customers. If your KI and FSP cant resolve it, I will escalate as this more than 2 weeks without response.
