Worst service by M-Sure

I have an extended warranty with M-Sure, I have been dealing with their consultant Sifiso Mbonane. After dealing with him for a couple of weeks now, he always promises to call back and never does. The workshop they referred me to, has been communicating with him and sent him all the required documents, yet he doesn't respond or if he does, he requests the same documents. I know he's received these required documents (because they copy me), three times already, yet not action has been made by him. When I call to follow-up on my claim, I'm told Sifiso will get back to me and he never does. I've sent him emails and he doesn't bother to respond.

I'm really disappointed with this service. I haven't had a car for 6 weeks, and Sifiso is adding to that. All I want is for them to keep me posted and do their job and process my claim.
