Worst experience ever, the back and foth

The worst experience I have been trying to claim since 2022. They will change procedures on you ask you for many things that dealers aren’t willing to do. If you can please don’t use their services especially if you buying your car through Auto pedigree . Their agents are rude also making you feel stupid when seeking clarification.
