Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I had an issue with my debit and the consultant said that my bank didn't allow a debit on the account and they didn't allow me to pay cash instead they said they will double debit, and then they email me and say that the policy was canceled and I can't reinstate it. I called in and they said I have to start over and wait 3 months, but I think im going to cancel it completely and take it with another company. I'm in utter disbelief.
