Worst experience ever

Just tried calling,I can't get through to the call centre. My car was overheating in the morning. Requested a tow truck at 06:15am and spoke to Pule. I only got a call at 08:15am from the tow company. I had already made alternative arrangements. Imagine if it was late at night. I'm dissapointed with SA Warranty or M-Sure. My car is at the dealer. No follow up call yet. Please call Mini Centurion do a follow up and also arrange transport money or courtesy car for me. I'm at work and I don't know how I'm getting back home.

My experience with this company is bad. I'm claiming for the first time but I'm worried they will even pay. Regards
