Worst company ever

I am very unhappy with the service I have been receiving from M-Sure. Today (14/06/2018) I called and asked if my brake pads are cover the lady just said no it is not but the policy schedule I got from SA warranties shows that it is covered I also asked her if they will cover for my boot lock she also said no. I asked the lady I spoke to Amanda Shiburi what the process is to cancel this policy and she sounded very unwilling to assist me whenever I call M-sure I receive this bad service and people always telling me no. why does it state that I am cover for brake pads on my policy schedule and then I am not. If M-sure is not will to assist me with replacing my brake pads please assist with cancelation . I cannot speak to people that sounds like they do not want to assist me and I also told Amanda that it will be because of her that I will cancel this policy
