What is credit shortfall for?
Guys just an fyi.
If you ever have options for shortfall cover, never ever go for M-Sure. How do you tell me to call my dealer to cancel my service plan (Which by the way comes with the vehicle on purchase), be refunded for it and only then would they settle the outstanding balance. What does this mean? Isnt the whole idea of credit shortfall to cover the difference when settling a car loan? Would like to have someone explain this to me.

Though not through M-Sure.
After a long back and forth about their not wanting to cancel what they require that is basically in the same house, I got assistance from the financial institution (FI) that my car loan was with.
Sidenote: The FI has no incentive to assist here as the longer it's not settled, the more money they make.
Thanks to Standard Bank for assisting in this matter and having it resolved.
Lessons learnt,
