What a waste of money

<p>In 2013 we bought 2 trucks with the remainder of the factory warranty. We also bought extended warranties for both units which upon claiming we discovered were not covered. We gathered the necessary documents needed to prove that they should be covered and it took over 3 weeks to reinstate the covers per truck. We then filed a claim which is now in its 3rd week as well. The company has lost two months worth of income due to this unpleasant delay. We are alway kept waiting whenever we phone in we are told that the person who is handling the claim is busy with it, which does not make any sense because if that was true this matter would have been resolved already. We now feel that SA Warranties is not worth their praises. We are being treated like stupid people who know not what they do. We have never filed a claim before and this is probably the last one. Could someone who knows what is expexted of then call me urgently as the trucks need to be on the road by lates friday. This is not to be excepted </p>
