We work too hard for our money, you cannot just **** us
I have been reading reviews and people complaining about M-Sure little did i know that i will be ****med by them as well. My claim was rejected and i fail to understand why? We take out such insurances to safe guard ourselves, we pay from the little that we have and they feel the need to rob us of hard earned money. if they reject the claim they must cancel the policy and pay back my contribution because they not doing anything for me. Well i am noy going to have this. Its iether the pay for the scratches on my car or the give me my money back so that i can fix them myself.

04 Jan 2023, 17:28I am in disbelief by the response I received from Sipho Tivane, after stating my reason for my disputes he had the audacity to say I must speak with sales, that is very unprofessional and very rude, because whether it is sales or claims they are all ambassadors of M-Sure. He further said he will not be assisting. I have never felt disrespected as such. Why am I being referred to their sales department, if they want to carryout investigation, why can't they do their own investigation and fix whatever that needs to be fixed, I am still in disbelief.
