Waste of money for no return!

I took out a dent and scratch policy and have paid for over 3 years, instituted a claim fro a dent, pathetic service, had to do constant follow ups. Claim was repudiated based on a time delay due to the holiday period where places close down. a waste of money and a sham! a capped amount was set before a quote was even received. An investigation needs to be done by the insurance ombudsman into the underwriting of M-sure!
