Warranty that covers nothing?

Basically with these guys you will waste years paying a premium. Then when you need to make a claim, documentation will go missing, they will say that they never approved a repair (even thought they were only going to pay about 10% of the claim in any case) and just tell you to eff off. Thanks again for proving what a thieving bunch the insurance industry can Ben and especially how conniving Regent are. I'm glad my policy has now expired and that you guys never renewed it even though the claim was within the warranty period.
