My Car has broken down, the road assistance got a tow service that was requested to tow the car to ford in oudtshoorn, the tow company decided to tow the car to another place on George, I had a call yesterday from the Road assistance that the car is at stanmar motors, just phoned them and the car is still not there, who is liable for this additional towing and can someone please tell me where my car is, why does the tow service have the authority to move my car where they want to, how do i know that they not messing with my car, what shot service is this.
