Warranty plan is useless and not client Centric or Practical

I received the worst service from this business, I would highly suggest you do not consider them: 1. I have a towing benefit but they refused to tow my car to my residency which therefore renders this benefit useless especially considering the 2nd point below. 2. They only suggested that I take my car to Ford which is ridiculous considering how expensive Ford is when it comes to repairing, I then asked them if I cannot use my own repairer considering they do not even have many repairing companies within my area, Worst part is that when I was onboarded they did not do even a proper analysis to see if the benefit I am taking is practical by considering if they have business that they work with within where I stay, and also they did not specify that the towing benefit is only to a RMI approved business and cannot be used to tow to my place or place of my preference
