Warranty Claim

My claim was handled very quickly. I was skeptical about M-Sure after reading a lot of negative reviews. It is the first time I claimed with them and I have been using M-Sure for years. However I was told that the component i was claiming for does not fall under gearbox category but the management system category. I think their brochures should be as detailed as possible.
