Warranty claim

Very disappointed in my insurance. You received communication from the approved car dealer including quote of the job that had to be done. Sent me a promising message that the claim was approved and you have assigned the place to do the repairs only to realise that out of R85 000 the insurance will pay R5000. How is my insurance so confident in sending a message that repairs can be done yet helping out by R5000? Very disappointed
