Waiting for refund for policy cancellation for almost 2 months, always excuses

Car was written off, policy refund was requested beginning of June 2019. The people at this company, Pearl Lukeru and Maggie Mlabateki is always full of excuses. Email was received that the refund was done, but it was not paid. I have been struggling to get feedback and to resolve this almost on a daily basis, not helping and they always come back with an excuse. This is really not on.
