Waiting for an assessor

My car has been sitting at the dealership collecting dust for a month now waiting for an Assessor from Msure. Whenever I phone their call centre all I get is Agents apologising for inconvenience and promising to escalate the matter l(which has not happened) because they can't transfer my calls to the manager
