Violation Cover with Msure is a **** !!!

I feel like I was sold a dream by Msure. At the very time that I needed cover, it gets taken away. Under your terms and conditions you mentioned one thing, then under the “not covered” you contradict yourselves. According to my understanding of your policy, you said If your comprehensive motor insurer repudiates your claim due to your unintentional failure to comply with a policy condition (which is a condition of my vehicle insurance policy, King Price). Then under not covered, your contradict this statement and say that Any losses which would be covered under your motor insurance policy.
